About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to develop predictive models that enhance user understanding, optimize conversions, and forecast revenue. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop lookalike models to predict user profiles and build algorithms to estimate Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Identify behaviors linked to retention and create churn prediction models.
• Translate data findings into actionable strategies for sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to lead data-driven initiatives focused on user retention and engagement.
• Design dynamic revenue forecasts, integrating signup rates, conversion metrics, and churn analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Data Scientist, preferably in a SaaS or IaaS environment.
• Expertise in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, including lookalike modeling, churn prediction, and LTV estimation.
• Familiarity with revenue forecasting methods using diverse data inputs.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Athena, or Redshift).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred:

• Experience with demand modeling or Markov chains.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production.
• Familiarity with lead scoring and marketing attribution models.
• Background in data-driven product personalization or experience with A/B testing frameworks.
