Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to create predictive models that deepen user insights, boost conversion rates, and improve revenue forecasting. You will work closely with various teams to extract meaningful data insights and provide strategic, data-backed recommendations that influence our business direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build lookalike models to profile users and develop algorithms to calculate Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

  • Identify key behaviors tied to customer retention and develop models to predict churn.

  • Convert complex data insights into practical strategies for product, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead initiatives aimed at increasing user retention and engagement.

  • Design flexible revenue forecasting models incorporating signup data, conversion rates, and churn analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within SaaS or Infrastructure-as-a-Service sectors.

  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data.

  • Practical experience with predictive techniques such as lookalike modeling, churn prediction, and LTV calculation.

  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting using multiple data sources.

  • Expertise in machine learning libraries like scikit-learn or TensorFlow and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Mode, or Power BI.

  • Experience working with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, or Redshift.

  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills combined with a proactive mindset.

  • Successful completion of a background check is required.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of demand forecasting or Markov chain models.

  • Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.

  • Understanding of lead scoring systems and marketing attribution techniques.

  • Background in product personalization driven by data or experience with A/B testing methodologies.
