About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving smarter and faster marketing decisions. You’ll collaborate with performance marketing, product, and data teams to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns. By uncovering trends and delivering actionable insights, you’ll help Quince make data-driven decisions that drive growth and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze multi-channel marketing data (e.g., paid search, social, email, affiliate) to evaluate performance, identify trends, and optimize ROI.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Contribute to marketing mix modeling to measure the incremental impact of marketing channels on conversions and customer acquisition.
  • Build data-driven forecasts, budgets, and projections, continuously refining them based on performance and real-time data.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, attribution, and purchase pathways to identify opportunities for improvement in conversion and retention.
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards to provide real-time insights for teams and leadership.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and data science teams to align insights across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar); a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on performance or digital marketing in an e-commerce or technology company.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands, with a focus on customer acquisition and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Understanding of marketing mix modeling (MMM) and media planning concepts.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and platforms such as AWS, Google Analytics, or similar.
