Senior Business Intelligence Analyst- Remote – United States

Position Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the SiteOne Supply Chain and Operational Excellence (OpEx) organization, with a specific focus on delivery performance. This position is ideal for someone who excels in identifying meaningful data patterns, defining actionable KPIs, and providing impactful insights to guide business decisions. You will leverage your expertise in business intelligence and data transformation to build compelling visualizations, lead projects, and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for the business.
• Develop and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively tell a story and drive decision-making for field and support leaders.
• Serve as an experienced BI developer within the data community, contributing to the overall business intelligence strategy.
• Manage projects by defining key cost/benefit drivers, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives from problem identification to resolution.
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports covering supply chain, financial performance, inventory, transportation, and service levels.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for analytics and data transformation (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Strong experience with Power BI, including expertise in creating DAX measures and effective visualizations.
• Proven ability to develop repeatable analytics processes to identify and measure success against opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex topics.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Operational experience in delivery or fleet management is a plus.
