Data Analyst – United States – Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Data Analyst with a strong passion for delivering actionable insights and maintaining impeccable data integrity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PostgreSQL and MS SQL, with a proven ability to design visually intuitive dashboards using Sigma Computing. A background in healthcare data, billing processes, and reimbursement systems is highly desirable. Primary Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Monitoring: Continuously monitor data trends to ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, actionable, and up-to-date.
• Data Exploration: Explore and identify the most relevant datasets to address key business challenges.
• Reporting & Insights: Respond quickly to data requests and deliver timely, insightful reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Dashboard Development: Create user-friendly and visually effective dashboards using Sigma Computing and other analytics tools.
• Streamlining Processes: Optimize the report-building process to reduce turnaround time, enabling faster data-driven decisions.
• Scalability: Innovate analytics capabilities by integrating additional data sources and developing advanced visualizations.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data is accurate, reliable, and governed across all reports and analytics.
• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Sigma Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on Sigma Computing, providing guidance and insights to empower teams.
• Cost-Conscious Analytics: Utilize analytics tools efficiently to minimize costs while maximizing operational outcomes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and database management with expertise in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL.
• Experience in data governance with a strong focus on accuracy and integrity.
• Proven skills in creating data visualizations using Sigma, Tableau, or similar tools, with an emphasis on usability and design.
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures, terminology, and billing/reimbursement processes is a strong plus.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong proficiency in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for effective data visualization.
• Expertise in Sigma or Tableau for developing visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

• Job Location: Remote within Texas (Corporate Office: Terrell, TX).
