Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Data Analyst to support our enterprise HR initiatives through advanced reporting, data visualization, and training development. In this role, you will transform complex HR data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions across the organization. You’ll also contribute to building data literacy by leading training sessions and developing learning materials to support data-driven practices.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather reporting requirements for Oracle-based workforce reports

  • Assist in the design, creation, and upkeep of reports and dashboards in Oracle Analytics

  • Develop standardized analytical tools and documentation for HR data analysis and interpretation

  • Ensure accuracy through routine data validation and reconciliation

  • Consult with internal stakeholders to understand their HR data needs and reporting objectives

  • Design and lead internal training programs to promote data literacy and system use

  • Create and distribute educational content for metrics and tools within the Visier platform

  • Participate in Visier project meetings to contribute to planning, task tracking, and follow-up

  • Analyze trends and offer strategic insights to inform leadership decisions and solve workforce-related challenges


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (strongly preferred)

  • Familiarity with the Visier people analytics platform

  • Strong background in HR data analytics and related reporting

  • Prior involvement in project coordination or management

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of business strategy and financial concepts

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively

  • Interest in expanding technical skills, such as Python programming and machine learning

  • A growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning and development


Education & Qualifications:

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 2 years of relevant experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of 4 years of directly applicable work experience
