Role Overview: Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who loves digging into data to uncover insights and support smarter decision-making across the company. Whether it’s solving complex questions, optimizing strategies, or spotting new opportunities, your analytical skills will be key to fueling Dario’s ongoing innovation and growth.

As the primary resource for data inquiries spanning product, marketing, and business teams, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that help the company advance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate data-driven recommendations that influence product development, marketing efforts, and business strategies

• Analyze both internal and external datasets to discover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

• Design and build dashboards, reports, and ETL workflows that track essential metrics and KPIs

• Develop engaging data visualizations using Tableau or comparable BI platforms

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical projects

• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences in straightforward language

• Serve as a trusted data partner, ensuring teams have timely access to the information needed for action

What You Bring

• 2 to 3 years of practical experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Product Analyst, or a related role

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Business Administration, or similar

• Strong command of SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail

• Clear and effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences

• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach to teamwork

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience within digital health or the healthcare sector

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting tasks

• Knowledge of statistics or applying statistical techniques to data analysis
