  • Efficiently handle ad hoc data requests from customers with accuracy and responsiveness

  • Analyze datasets to identify patterns, potential risks, and opportunities for growth

  • Partner with Product and Design teams to improve in-app reporting features and user experience

  • Review and audit existing reports to consolidate, template, or retire outdated assets

  • Develop scalable templates and processes for frequently requested reports and insights

Qualifications

  • Experience designing data narratives using BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau

  • Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights understandable by business stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong working knowledge of database schemas and entity relationships

  • Proficient with G Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • Proven track record of managing multiple reporting projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare technology or AI-powered platforms

  • Advanced degree or specialized training in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics

  • Background working in SaaS companies or high-growth startup environments

  • Familiarity with additional BI platforms such as Tableau or Google Data Studio

  • Comfortable adapting to fast-changing, ambiguous work environments
