The Role: Data Analyst
We’re searching for Data Analysts who go beyond just analyzing numbers — we want collaborative thinkers. In this position, you will work closely with the marketing team to extract insights, test new approaches, and shape important business strategies. You will play a key role in defining success metrics and making sure data drives every marketing campaign and project.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Insight Generation: Analyze marketing campaigns and channels, providing clear, actionable insights to help optimize strategies.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing to establish key metrics, clarify business challenges, and steer data-informed decisions.

Reporting Development: Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports to provide stakeholders with timely, relevant information.

Testing Support: Assist in designing A/B and geo-targeted experiments to evaluate campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to maintain consistent data definitions, models, and reporting standards.
What You Bring to the Table

Up to 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related area

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a similar field

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions and guide others

Clear and effective communicator able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences

Curious, business-oriented, and eager to challenge existing norms with a team-oriented approach

Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and experimental design

Proficient in SQL and comfortable using BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
Preferred Extras:
