Position Summary: Senior Representative
In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to Field, Store, and Distribution leaders, as well as Corporate teams and Associates. Your responsibilities include interpreting company policies, advising on disciplinary actions, managing performance issues, approving involuntary terminations, facilitating ADA interactive processes, assisting with investigations, and supporting unemployment and Department of Labor claim preparations and hearings.
The salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $74,250, depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and location. This base pay is part of a comprehensive compensation package that varies by role and location.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:

Provide counsel and support to leaders and associates across stores, distribution, and corporate offices.

Review and approve involuntary termination requests, escalating when necessary.

Facilitate ADA interactive conversations and document actions within the case management system.

Assist supervisors in interpreting HR policies and support leaders in addressing employee issues through action plans.

Analyze data trends and advise HR leadership on potential employee relations concerns.

Collect relevant documentation to support investigations, charge responses, and claims management.

Coordinate and investigate Department of Labor claims, maintaining accurate records.

Guide leaders in implementing and communicating policies effectively.
Training Support:

Help assess HR training needs based on case management trends and recommend relevant training topics for leadership teams.
Research & Analysis:

Collaborate with HR leadership to suggest improvements to policies and procedures.

Monitor payroll accuracy and scheduling compliance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent analytical skills and customer service orientation

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Physical & Work Environment
This role typically involves office work, including computer use, team meetings, and collaboration. Regular attendance is expected. The position may be performed remotely anywhere within the U.S.
Supervisory Responsibility
