OpenLoop is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team—either remotely or at our headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is a key contributor to our mission of enhancing virtual healthcare experiences. You’ll play a central part in harnessing health data to drive clinical improvements, optimize our digital platform, and guide business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collect, organize, and clean data from a variety of internal and external sources while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

• Apply statistical methods and use analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R to explore datasets and uncover insights, patterns, and irregularities.

• Develop insightful visualizations and reports (dashboards, charts, summaries) that communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.

• Collaborate across teams—including operations, finance, and customer success—to translate their data needs into actionable solutions.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and processes.

• Recommend improvements to data collection, analysis techniques, and business operations.

• Contribute to various projects and support the team with additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.

• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical thinking with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Clear and effective communicator—able to explain data insights in a way that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to thrive both independently and in team environments.

• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics is highly desirable.
