Sr. BI Analyst – United States – Remote

We’re now looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who can transform complex data into clear insights that influence strategic direction.

This is a remote position reporting to our Head of Engineering, with a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000, based on experience and location.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex, large-scale datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.

• Build and maintain accurate data models to ensure clean and reliable data flows.

• Design dashboards and visual reports using BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

• Highlight data patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities with strategic recommendations.

• Optimize BI tools and infrastructure to support scalability and performance.

• Stay current with industry developments and innovations in analytics and visualization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role, preferably within fintech or financial services.

• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience in data modeling and relational databases.

• Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

• Strong foundation in statistical methods and quantitative analysis.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, team-based setting.

• Must reside in the United States with valid work authorization.
