Position Overview: Clinical Sales Specialist
We’re seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team and help grow our footprint in the Interventional Pain Management space. This role combines clinical expertise, product knowledge, and sales skills to support growth initiatives, assist with product launches, and educate healthcare professionals.
Working closely with the Field Sales Team, you will develop and implement strategic plans, foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, support product trials and implementations, and participate in industry events. Maintaining expertise in reimbursement and competitive products is also essential.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical training and education to support sales efforts, including product demos and in-services.

Partner with the Territory Manager to create targeted sales strategies.

Facilitate successful product trials and rollout in clinical settings.

Provide classroom-style training and hands-on support in operating rooms and offices.

Stay informed on clinical research, industry developments, and new technologies to advise customers effectively.

Build and sustain relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Contribute to market expansion and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
-
At least 2 years of experience in sales, clinical, or technical roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth.
-
Willingness to travel frequently and manage changing priorities.
-
Strong problem-solving abilities and persistence.
Preferred:

Experience in pain management.

Proven success in medical device sales, including documented growth.

Knowledge of market development strategies.

Experience using sales software tools.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 (varies by location and experience).

Opportunity for unlimited sales commissions.
