Job Overview
Are you driven by data and eager to make a difference? Join the Data Team as a Data Analyst and play a crucial role in strengthening our data capabilities. This impactful position involves gathering, processing, and analyzing information to guide strategic business choices. You will collaborate with various teams to identify patterns, develop datasets, and provide actionable insights. Working alongside the Data Engineering team, you will help maintain data quality, accuracy, and usability, directly contributing to the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze datasets to discover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Gather, clean, and interpret data to support business goals.

Maintain data integrity and suggest improvements for data models.

Diagnose data issues and implement quality control procedures.

Accurately estimate project tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Take full ownership of responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience
-
Over 7 years of experience in data analytics.

Extensive SQL experience (7+ years).

At least 3 years of experience with data visualization tools.
Skills
-
Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex data systems.

Familiarity with Databricks is a plus.

Experience with Tableau is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
