HRIS Administrator (Remote – Dallas, TX)

In this role, you’ll ensure the consistency of key information, generate insightful reports, and collaborate with departments across the organization to improve workflows and system functionality.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and Manage Job Data
-
Accurately update and manage job titles, classifications, and reporting structures within the HRIS
-
Ensure job descriptions are consistent, optimized for search, and meet company standards
-
Uphold data integrity for compensation, job roles, and organizational structure
Reporting and Insights
-
Create detailed reports and dashboards on HR metrics such as headcount, recruitment, and turnover
-
Analyze job-related data to support strategic decisions and workforce planning
System Support and Optimization

Troubleshoot and configure elements of the HRIS related to job management
-
Assist with new system implementations and upgrades as they pertain to HR data workflows
Cross-Department Collaboration
-
Work closely with internal teams to align job data with organizational goals and changes

Recommend and help implement process improvements to improve data accuracy and efficiency
Additional Tasks

Respond to internal and external inquiries related to job postings or data discrepancies

Manage sensitive compensation data with discretion and professionalism
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
-
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP, or UKG
-
Previous experience managing job classifications and compensation data is a plus
Technical Proficiency
-
Strong knowledge of HRIS tools and reporting functions
-
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting, etc.)

Understanding of HR operations, compensation structures, and job architecture
