HRIS Administrator (Remote – Dallas, TX)

2020 Companies is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing and optimizing job-related data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You’ll ensure data accuracy, support strategic decision-making with insights and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system workflows and efficiency.


What You’ll Do

Job Data Management & Integrity

  • Maintain accurate job titles, descriptions, classifications, and reporting structures in the HRIS

  • Safeguard the consistency and integrity of job and compensation data

  • Create and update job profiles, ensuring descriptions are SEO-optimized and compliant with internal standards

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and analyze reports on job-related metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment)

  • Support data-driven decision-making for HR leadership and departmental stakeholders

System Support & Maintenance

  • Assist in the configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the HRIS system

  • Support system upgrades and implementations, especially as they pertain to job management

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal departments to ensure job data aligns with organizational structure and needs

  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workflows and processes

Additional Responsibilities

  • Respond to candidate inquiries and resolve job data-related issues within the system

  • Handle compensation data with professionalism and discretion


What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP, or UKG

  • Experience in job data management and compensation structures preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and reporting tools

  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation)

  • Working knowledge of HR processes, job classifications, and compensation principles

Core Competencies

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
