Job Summary:

This role involves developing visualizations, analyses, and reports using human resources data from multiple sources. You will provide insights to support leaders across the enterprise and ministries. The position also includes creating and conducting training sessions to increase organizational data fluency and software proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering for national Oracle report builds.
  • Assist in building and maintaining Oracle Analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Compile standardized analytical guides and statistical analyses, focusing on HR data.
  • Define and recommend the scope and format of analytical guides and reports.
  • Regularly review and reconcile data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs related to human resources.
  • Develop and facilitate internal training sessions.
  • Create and distribute learning materials related to metrics and tools available in the Visier platform.
  • Participate in weekly project management sessions with Visier, including project planning, discussion facilitation, and documentation of action items.
  • Identify trends and assist with problem-solving to provide actionable recommendations for leadership to aid in decision-making.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with the Visier platform.
  • Experience in managing projects, either formally or informally.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with HR data is highly preferred.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest in learning technical and statistical skills, such as Python programming and machine learning algorithms.
  • A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • 4 years of applicable job-specific experience.
