Join Our Recruiting Analytics Team

To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented professional for our Recruiting Analytics team. This role requires a balance of hands-on execution and strategic insight to manage recruitment analytics effectively while contributing to broader talent acquisition goals.

This position offers flexible location options, including Austin, New York City, Pennsylvania, or fully remote within the U.S.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Optimize Recruitment Analytics: Refine the entire analytics workflow and identify opportunities to improve processes.

  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Streamline systems and procedures to provide a reliable and scalable experience for hiring teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics teams to leverage tools and data effectively.

  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, partnering with stakeholders to ensure reliable recruitment metrics.

  • Develop Reporting Tools: Build and automate dashboards and reports while uncovering ways to enhance operational performance.

  • Conduct Regular Audits: Perform weekly data reviews, highlight improvement areas, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.

  • Drive Strategic Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure recruiting success and inform strategic decisions.

  • Scale and Automate Reporting: Identify opportunities for automation and troubleshoot reporting issues to increase scalability.

  • Data Consulting: Provide actionable insights and guidance to recruiters and leadership to optimize hiring outcomes.

  • Tool Implementation: Partner with internal teams and vendors to enhance recruiting technology and reporting capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, operations, or data management.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years in recruiting, operations, or data analytics roles.

  • Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, or Tableau is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation

The salary range for this position in the U.S. is $42,000 to $83,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and location. MongoDB offers competitive total compensation packages that include equity and additional benefits.
