What You’ll Do
As an Analytics Developer I, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring successful claims adjudication. You will:
- Interpret Settlement Terms: Analyze complex settlement agreements and define business requirements for claims processing on the Pattern platform, including workflows, award methodologies, and the creation of deliverables.
- Establish Operational Protocols: Design data-driven procedures to guide program progress and ensure transparency and visibility throughout settlements.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement workflows and address platform gaps, driving updates as needed.
- Manage Deliverables: Plan, track, and report deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
- Enhance Communication: Provide consistent project updates to team members and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
- Analyze and Recommend: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Present Insights: Use data visualization tools to create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide strategic recommendations.
- Drive Product & Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for enhancement in both platform features and operational workflows.
- Assess Risk: Analyze potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Organize Data: Work with databases to efficiently organize, query, and retrieve data.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in data analysis, ideally in a software development or legal environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions with a sharp attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data Storytelling: A passion for translating data into compelling narratives, educating stakeholders, and driving actionable insights.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring they are delivered on time and achieve desired outcomes.
- Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence and focus.
