Your Role

As an Analytics Developer I, you will be integral to promoting operational excellence and ensuring effective claims adjudication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Decoding Settlement Agreements: Analyze intricate settlement terms to define business requirements for claims processing on our platform, including workflow design, award calculations, and deliverable generation.

  • Creating Operational Guidelines: Develop data-informed processes that drive program progress while maintaining transparency and clarity during settlement execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to implement workflows and address system gaps, facilitating necessary platform enhancements.

  • Deliverable Oversight: Plan, monitor, and communicate progress on deliverables to ensure projects meet deadlines with high quality.

  • Communication & Reporting: Provide timely updates throughout the project lifecycle to team members and stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis & Recommendations: Gather and interpret data to identify challenges and suggest practical solutions.

  • Visualization & Presentation: Use data visualization tools to build comprehensive reports and presentations that highlight insights and support strategic decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements for both the platform and operational processes.

  • Risk Evaluation: Assess potential risks and suggest strategies to mitigate them.

  • Data Management: Efficiently query, organize, and retrieve information from databases to support analytics efforts.


What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or another analytical discipline.

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably within software development or legal environments.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

    • Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts is advantageous.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, recognize patterns, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Data Storytelling: Skilled at transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform and influence decision-making.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.
