About the Role

As an Analytics Specialist, you’ll be a bridge between data, product innovation, and real-world impact. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to uncover insights, evaluate system performance, and assess how hospital teams interact with our solutions. Your analysis will shape product strategy, optimize solution effectiveness, and amplify value across our customer base.

Success in this role will require both strategic thinking and attention to detail, as well as the agility to shift between big-picture impact and technical execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to perform in-depth analyses that inform product roadmaps and design choices.

  • Build and enhance analytics solutions for both internal use and client delivery, helping users extract actionable insights.

  • Create intuitive, well-designed reporting tools and dashboards that simplify complex data and elevate user experience.

  • Evaluate performance metrics for AI/ML models and user interaction outcomes, offering clear insights into system effectiveness.


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.

  • Strong command of SQL for querying, analysis, and performance evaluation.

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, especially healthcare data structures and operations.

  • Excellent communication skills—capable of translating data findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with BI tools like Looker, Sigma, or similar platforms.

  • An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and curiosity about larger systems and impact.


Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Experience using dbt for transforming and modeling data.

  • Background or exposure to product management principles.

  • Knowledge of surgical or perioperative processes within healthcare systems.


Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Salary Range: $120,000–$135,000 per year (dependent on location, experience, and qualifications).
