Location
This role is primarily hybrid, based in our Mountain View headquarters or San Francisco office, but we welcome remote applicants residing in the Pacific Time Zone. The position requires availability during PT hours and occasional support for customers in Australia and New Zealand. Candidates experienced with remote work are strongly preferred.

Role Overview: Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Moveworks, you will be a crucial partner to our customers, helping them adopt and get the most from our AI-powered chatbot and automation platform. You will guide clients through onboarding and ongoing use, ensuring they realize maximum value from the product.

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, and innovative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. As a CSM, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously enhance the platform and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to promote platform adoption and deliver business value.

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to support their strategic goals.

  • Partner across teams to align product capabilities with customer needs.

  • Design and refine onboarding processes for smooth customer transitions.

  • Drive engagement, adoption, and expansion efforts.

  • Assist customers in defining and achieving transformational business outcomes with Moveworks.

  • Stay informed on product updates and clearly communicate changes to stakeholders.

  • Collect customer feedback and advocate for their needs in product planning.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in software or SaaS account management, implementation, or sales roles.

  • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly, develop business cases, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Proven track record supporting large enterprise deployments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills paired with a methodical approach.

  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Calm and diplomatic under pressure.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range:

  • Tier A (San Francisco Bay Area): $107,000 – $158,000

  • Tier B (Outside SF Bay Area): $96,000 – $145,000

In addition to competitive pay, Moveworks offers:

Final compensation packages will reflect location, role complexity, experience, and other relevant factors.
