Role Overview

We are looking for a curious, detail-focused, and results-oriented Data Analyst to join our Business Insights team. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments—including senior leaders—to create insightful dashboards, extract actionable insights, and support data-driven strategies throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable informed decision-making and performance monitoring

• Evaluate operational initiatives through detailed analysis to measure their effect on core KPIs

• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to optimize results and business performance

• Apply advanced analytical methods such as regression, forecasting, and segmentation to generate strategic insights

• Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive business guidance

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define goals, and establish key metrics

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure data pipelines are accurate and automated

• Maintain thorough documentation including data dictionaries, event tracking, and system references

• Ensure all data analytics practices comply with security and privacy requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics roles

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, DAX, and Python and/or R

• Experienced in using data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau

• Knowledge of statistical analysis, ROI measurement, and attribution modeling

• Familiar with Salesforce data, large datasets, and operational systems

• Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Slack

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $81,000 – $102,000 annually, based on experience and location
