About the Role

We’re seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and results-driven Data Analyst to join our Business Insights team. In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including executive leadership—to develop impactful dashboards, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Build dashboards and reports that drive visibility, decision-making, and performance tracking

• Conduct in-depth analyses of operational initiatives and assess their impact on key KPIs

• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to optimize business outcomes

• Use advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, forecasting, segmentation) for strategic insights

• Integrate and analyze data from disparate sources to provide holistic business recommendations

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities, set goals, and define metrics

• Partner with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure accuracy and automation of data pipelines

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, event maps, and system references

• Ensure all analytics activities comply with data security and privacy standards

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years in a data analysis or business analytics role

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, DAX, and Python and/or R

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Solid understanding of statistical methods, ROI analysis, and attribution modeling

• Experience working with Salesforce data, large datasets, and operational platforms

• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Slack)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $81,000 – $102,000/year (depending on experience and location)
