Team Overview: Strategic Finance & Analytics (SFA)

Role Overview: Senior Analyst – Corporate SFA

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst to join the Corporate SFA team. This role supports critical planning and forecasting cycles, including quarterly earnings, annual budgeting, and monthly financial reviews. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the agility to support multiple business areas.

What You’ll Do

• Support company-wide financial processes such as quarterly earnings guidance, long-range financial planning, and annual budget development

• Collaborate with the Tax team to forecast liabilities and perform variance analysis

• Lead budgeting and ongoing monitoring of enterprise-wide travel and entertainment spending

• Partner with the 21st Century team to manage budgeting, resource planning, and strategic financial evaluations

• Compile high-level reports for the CFO, including monthly performance reviews and key financial dashboards

• Create and distribute regular reporting for internal functions like Legal, Finance, Policy, and Employee Experience

• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects and evolving business priorities

• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and enhance financial reporting processes

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, strategic finance, accounting, or a similar analytical field

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis; experience with Oracle forecasting tools is a plus

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Highly organized, self-driven, and dependable, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely work

• A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a passion for Airbnb’s mission

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $119,000–$140,000 USD. Total compensation may also include performance bonuses, equity awards, and travel credits.
