As a Business Data Analyst, you will leverage data analytics to provide valuable insights and support decision-making across operations. Your work will drive efficiencies, improve performance, and help guide strategic actions through data modeling, forecasting, visualization, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights by applying descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools.

• Support operational leaders with performance analysis and KPI tracking.

• Reduce Cycle Time to Action (CTA) by identifying trends and recommending timely interventions.

• Partner with site operations to uncover areas for cost savings, process enhancements, and improved service delivery.

• Assist with analytics and reporting during account launches and new customer implementations.

• Automate recurring reports and develop scalable reporting solutions.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies to improve data capabilities and system performance.

• Collaborate with Finance to build labor and cost models; quantify impacts and propose improvements.

• Create predictive models to assist in planning and operational forecasting.

• Lead efforts in capacity planning for labor, inventory, equipment, and space utilization.

• Work closely with the Operations Systems team to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.

• Coordinate with internal logistics design teams to support customer proposal development and data analysis.

• Assist in building annual labor budgets in coordination with finance and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• 0–2 years of experience working in an analytics, business intelligence, or operations role.
