Data Analyst II at Spark – United States – Remote

Spark is a purpose-driven company dedicated to empowering independent Medicare brokers to build the insurance businesses they envision. While most Medicare beneficiaries rely on independent brokers to guide their benefit selections, the industry has long suffered from outdated technology and inadequate support systems. We’re changing that by delivering streamlined workflows and comprehensive services designed to fuel brokers’ growth and success.

In just five years, Spark has partnered with over 6,000 brokers and helped enroll more than 140,000 beneficiaries, making us the fastest-growing Medicare brokerage nationwide. Our brokers consistently rate us highly—boasting a remarkable NPS score of 91 and retaining 93% of clients during this rapid expansion. On average, brokers who join Spark experience over 100% growth.

Our team is dynamic and diverse, spanning expertise from top technology, healthcare, and insurance companies. We are a remote-first organization, growing from 70 to 90 employees in the past year. Recently, we secured a Series B funding round from leading investors aligned with our ambitious vision.

We’re always eager to welcome sharp, talented, and empathetic individuals to join our mission-driven team.
