About the Role: Data Analyst II

As a Data Analyst II, you’ll be the go-to expert for helping health plan partners utilize our business intelligence tools effectively. You’ll deliver hands-on training, resolve technical questions, and build lasting client relationships—all while contributing to meaningful data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to customers on business intelligence platforms like Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI

• Develop customized dashboards and reports to meet complex data requirements

• Manage and respond to client inquiries through email and JIRA

• Lead regular meetings with health plan clients to discuss reporting needs and project updates

• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges

• Assist in identifying data discrepancies and contribute to data cleaning initiatives

• Support team objectives through project contributions and ad hoc analysis

What You Bring to the Team

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis

• Hands-on experience with BI platforms (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, Tableau)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a data or business analysis role

• Understanding of the healthcare, insurance, or payer ecosystem

• Familiarity with AWS QuickSight

• Advanced Excel capabilities, dashboard design experience, and dataset management expertise
