Role Summary: Consulting Analyst

We are looking for a Consulting Analyst to join our team and support a variety of healthcare supply chain projects. These initiatives may involve master data management, driving e-commerce adoption, improving requisitioning workflows, and automating accounts payable/receivable processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior consultants, clients, internal departments, and external partners to gather, evaluate, and present data insights. This position calls for a detail-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, including ad hoc queries, to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in large datasets.

  • Gather and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to assess current customer workflows and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Create dashboards and actionable reports that facilitate decision-making and exception handling during solution rollouts.

  • Produce polished client materials, including presentations, timelines, reports, and documentation.

  • Assist with customer training and support efforts to guide stakeholders through change management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a data-focused role such as a data analyst

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access

  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets (1 million+ records)

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team projects

  • Consistent track record of meeting deadlines and performance objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within the healthcare industry

  • Background working with healthcare providers, suppliers, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), or distributors

  • Understanding of e-commerce systems and healthcare trading platforms

  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and transformation

  • Strong customer service orientation with a flexible, problem-solving approach

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% depending on client requirements
