Position: Reference Data Analyst – Party Data Operations

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Party Reference Data Operations team as a Reference Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in managing client reference data using our enterprise-wide platform, Party Central. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, perform in-depth data analysis, and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our data governance framework.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily processing and updates related to client reference data within the Party Central system.

  • Conduct thorough documentation reviews to ensure compliance with data standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Confirm authorization of requests before initiating any data entry or system updates.

  • Follow established procedures and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy across all tasks.

  • Proactively address and resolve issues or escalations, keeping leadership informed as necessary.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication and timely responses.

  • Support the training and development of team members, including tracking progress toward key learning and performance milestones.

  • Offer subject matter expertise on client structures, ownership relationships, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing accurate data sets and documentation on request.

  • Help build and maintain process documentation, controls, and standard operating procedures.


Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, data management, or a related field

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with clear and confident communication skills

  • In-depth understanding of reference data processes, client onboarding, and KYC/AML procedures

  • Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
