Data Analyst Junior – Amazon

Amazon’s EU External Fulfillment (EF) network comprises approximately 35 operations that support our customer fulfillment (CF) network by partnering with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. These facilities are essential to driving scalable storage, throughput flexibility, specialized handling (e.g., Hazmat, SDC, IXD, BWS, ICC), and enabling Amazon’s expansion into emerging markets.

To support our growing and evolving EF network, we are expanding the EU 3PL Control Tower team, which provides round-the-clock operational oversight and support across all 3PL-managed fulfillment centers in Europe and the UK. Our mission is to maintain seamless, standardized processes while ensuring efficient, frustration-free communication between Amazon teams and external partners.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, independent, and detail-oriented professional to join our Control Tower team on the night shift. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics or operations, coupled with a hands-on and solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact between 3PL providers and Amazon internal stakeholders.

  • Offer real-time operational support to 3PL facilities during night hours, ensuring all Outbound processes are executed efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage daily outbound metrics, such as carrier pick-up time (CPT), shipment cancellations, and error resolutions, to minimize customer impact.

  • Respond proactively to transportation and supply chain escalations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data uploads to maintain end-to-end visibility across transportation and fulfillment networks.

  • Review and verify adherence to Amazon’s operational standards and processes across all sites.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and automate Control Tower operations using business intelligence tools.

  • Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing and scaling Control Tower support services across the EF network.
