The Opportunity
We’re looking for Data Analysts who do more than crunch numbers — we’re seeking thought partners. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to uncover insights, test strategies, and influence key business decisions. You’ll help define success, identify the right metrics, and ensure that data is at the heart of every campaign and initiative.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Insightful Analysis: Evaluate campaign and channel performance, surfacing clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategies

Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with marketers to define key metrics, frame business problems, and guide data-driven decisions

Develop Reporting Tools: Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that empower stakeholders with the right data at the right time

Support Testing & Measurement: Help design A/B and geo-based tests to measure campaign incrementality, attribution, and ROI

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data science and engineering to ensure consistency in data models, definitions, and reporting frameworks
What You Bring

0–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field

Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline

Strong critical thinking skills — you know how to ask the right questions and help others do the same

Excellent communication skills — you can clearly explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences

Curiosity, business sense, and a collaborative, challenge-the-status-quo mindset

Working knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and testing methodologies

Proficient in SQL and familiar with BI tools like Looker or Tableau

Bonus: Experience with Python or R, and prior work in mobile apps, consumer tech, or online gaming
