About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst who is excited to dive deep into data, uncover key insights, and help drive smarter business decisions across the organization. From answering tough questions to improving strategies and surfacing new opportunities, your work will be vital to Dario’s continued growth and innovation.

You’ll be the go-to person for data-related questions across product, marketing, and business teams—translating complex analysis into simple, actionable insights that move the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that inform product, marketing, and business decisions

• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and ETL processes that provide visibility into key metrics and performance indicators

• Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics projects

• Communicate findings clearly and effectively in business-friendly language to non-technical audiences

• Act as a data liaison—ensuring relevant teams have the information they need to take action

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, or similar preferred)

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation

• Proven experience with data visualization tools—preferably Tableau

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

• Effective communicator, able to explain analytical concepts to stakeholders across departments

• A true team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative mindset

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the digital health or healthcare industry

• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting

• Background in statistics or experience using statistical methods to analyze datasets
