Data Analyst Senior or Lead – Remote – US

Join our Workforce Management Data Insights and Research team as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst, where your expertise will drive impactful, data-backed decisions that enhance customer relationships. In this role, you’ll develop creative solutions, refine existing processes, and contribute to improving contact center efficiency, employee engagement, and customer loyalty. By analyzing data from various sources, you’ll discover opportunities, validate hypotheses, and translate results into clear, actionable strategies.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative strategies to optimize contact center operations and elevate customer satisfaction.

  • Examine and interpret data from diverse channels to detect patterns, test theories, and extract meaningful insights.

  • Provide well-founded recommendations that guide strategic business decisions.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven approaches aimed at boosting workforce morale and retaining customers.

  • Communicate results effectively through compelling visualizations and storytelling tailored to different audiences.


Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years in an analytical role, OR

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher plus at least five years of analytical experience, OR

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant analytics experience.


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in workforce management or customer contact analytics.

  • A strong passion for solving complex data challenges and delivering clear, practical insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from concept through completion.

  • Proficient with data tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $77,100 to $124,300 annually

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 30% of eligible earnings, awarded annually based on company performance

  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 6%
