Data Analyst Senior or Lead – Remote – US

Join the Workforce Management Data Insights and Research team as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst and play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights that strengthen customer relationships. In this position, you’ll uncover innovative solutions, improve current practices, and drive key outcomes such as contact center cost-efficiency, employee satisfaction, and customer retention. Utilizing data from various sources, you’ll identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and transform findings into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize contact center operations and enhance customer experiences.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, support or refute hypotheses, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies that improve employee satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Present findings using clear visualizations and narratives tailored for diverse audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience Requirements:
    • At least six years of analytical work experience.
    • OR, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least five years of analytical work experience.
    • OR, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) with at least three years of analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer contact or Workforce Management analytics.
  • Enthusiastic about solving complex analytical problems and translating results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to independently manage and execute projects.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $77,100–$124,300/year.
  • Gainshare Bonus: Up to 30% of eligible earnings, awarded annually based on company performance.
  • 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%.
