Data Analyst – United States – Remote

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help us uncover insights that improve services and support our mission to better serve communities through smarter, more responsive healthcare solutions.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of data projects from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into clear, actionable intelligence that informs both strategic decisions and day-to-day operations.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Data Visualization & Reporting
    Develop insightful dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders across clinical, operational, and business teams.

  • Business Intelligence Enablement
    Enhance and expand self-service reporting capabilities, automating routine requests and empowering teams with accessible data tools.

  • Data Extraction & Analysis
    Write and execute advanced SQL queries to gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout.

  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
    Investigate datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that align with organizational goals in both business and clinical contexts.

  • Data Validation
    Apply rigorous validation techniques to detect and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring all reporting is based on high-quality, trustworthy data.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with teams across the company to gather data requirements, fulfill ad hoc analysis requests, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    Maintain thorough documentation of query logic, data workflows, and validation procedures. Share best practices to foster consistency and learning across the analytics team.


What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative discipline.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

  • Proficiency with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Apache Superset.

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and transformation is a plus.

Analytical & Communication Skills

  • Proven ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong data validation expertise and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.

Work Style & Mindset

  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and requests in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

  • Curious, proactive, and committed to using data to make a tangible impact in public health.

  • Work Location: 100% remote; applicants must reside in the United States
