Are You the Skilled Data Expert We Need?

Siemens Digital Industries (DI) is looking for a Remote Data Analyst to provide price and product master data services, supporting our Factory Automation (FA), Motion Control (MC), and Process Automation (PA) business units. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering technology with purpose.

Location: Remote within the Southeast U.S.


Your Role & Impact

As a Data Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver master data services for Siemens DI, ensuring accuracy and quality for FA, MC, and PA business units.
  • Support and enhance Microsoft Access-based tools for local data record creation and contribute to the development of next-generation product master data tools.
  • Collaborate with a global team to address incoming data requests, maintain data quality in SAP and other systems, and adhere to service-level agreements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain appropriate list and net pricing levels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to understand and fulfill data analytics requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to manage growing data volumes effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accessibility.
  • Monitor and analyze order management data to uncover opportunities, contributing to Siemens’ digital transformation and operational efficiency goals.

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in database reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Visual Basic, or VBA for Access and Outlook.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Siemens business systems.
  • Knowledge of B2B list and net pricing.
  • Familiarity with product master data and its application in order processing and reporting.
