What You’ll Do
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work in cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges spanning data strategy, analytics, and cloud transformation. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing modern data ecosystems that support clients’ business goals.
Your responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
-
Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or cloud transformation
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Certifications (preferred):
-
Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
-
Designing and implementing enterprise data strategies that align with organizational goals
-
Modernizing data platforms and executing transformation initiatives across cloud ecosystems
-
Hands-on experience with cloud-native data services: AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, Snowflake
-
Understanding data warehousing models such as star/snowflake schemas, OLAP, OLTP, Data Vault, and graph structures
-
Building pipelines using ETL/ELT tools (e.g., SSIS, DBT, IICS, Matillion, SAP BODS, Ab Initio)
-
Experience with Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and programming in Python or Scala
-
Working knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos)
-
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps best practices
-
Applying data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality frameworks
-
Designing and operationalizing AI/ML solutions using MLOps principles
-
Industry experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Annuity (L&A) insurance is an asset
Professional and Consulting Experience

Experience in strategy-to-execution projects at a Big 4 firm or reputable consultancy

Comfort working with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements

Awareness of how analytics initiatives drive business outcomes and value
-
Curiosity and willingness to explore modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices
-
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range (Maryland): $77,000 – $202,000, based on experience, qualifications, and local market conditions

Additional compensation: Eligible for discretionary bonus
