What You’ll Do as a Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in our Oracle Data & Analytics practice, you’ll work collaboratively on end-to-end projects—shaping strategy, identifying data needs, analyzing requirements, and supporting solution implementation. Your responsibilities will span both technical analysis and client engagement, providing opportunities to lead and mentor as you grow.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering for business and data strategy initiatives

• Conduct detailed data analysis and lead testing efforts for data implementation

• Mentor junior team members and uphold delivery excellence

• Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and clients

• Translate business needs into technical data solutions

• Apply firm methodologies and best practices to deliver effective results

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables

What You Bring to the Table

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Proven ability to lead business and data requirements analysis

• Experience documenting data flows, architectures, and data governance structures

• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and BI/analytics platforms

• Deep understanding of data warehousing, data marts, and enterprise reporting tools

• Ability to manage project risks, issues, and deliverables effectively

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams

• Passion for mentoring, providing feedback, and fostering a positive team culture

• Ability to simplify complex systems and make processes more efficient and scalable

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000 (for roles based in Maryland; varies by location and qualifications)

• Eligibility for annual performance bonus
