What You’ll Do

As a Data Engineer / Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our data infrastructure—designing, building, and maintaining pipelines that power our analytics, operations, and innovation initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and data flows across enterprise systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines and scalable infrastructure.

  • Create, manage, and optimize data warehouses, databases, schemas, and ingestion pipelines.

  • Write advanced SQL queries to support reporting, dashboards, and analytics use cases.

  • Support data preparation for predictive and prescriptive models.

  • Monitor and enhance database and query performance.

  • Identify data quality issues, anomalies, and patterns; recommend improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, data science, and engineering teams to automate and optimize data workflows.

  • Ensure data compliance with HIPAA and internal governance standards.

  • Document systems, processes, and best practices to support long-term scalability.


What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of:

    • SQL development, schema design, and data modeling

    • Building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes

  • Experience with:

    • Python, PySpark

    • Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, Spark

    • Data triaging, governance, and quality assurance

  • Strong knowledge of database performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience with Databricks, SSIS, and Big Data tools (e.g., Hive, Kafka, Impala)

  • Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and AI concepts

  • Hands-on experience building scalable, production-ready data solutions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to balance technical work with business context and prioritize multiple projects

  • Effective communicator who can translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000
Final offer based on experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
