What You’ll Do
As a Data Scientist, you will uncover insights from massive datasets and build machine learning models that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop analytical solutions that improve performance and guide innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to predict core business outcomes

Perform advanced statistical analysis and pattern recognition in large datasets

Build and maintain ETL processes for clean, scalable, and actionable data pipelines

Design data-driven experiments and models to support business and client needs

Work cross-functionally to define data science goals and deliver measurable results
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in a data analytics or data science role
-
2+ years of hands-on experience building machine learning models
-
Proficient in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift)

Strong knowledge of ETL workflows and data wrangling techniques
-
Solid foundation in statistics, algorithms, and data structures
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Computer Science, Statistics)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in digital advertising or ad tech
-
Familiarity with AWS, Spark, Airflow, or Docker
-
Comfortable with Git, Unix command-line, and RESTful APIs (e.g., Facebook, Twitter)

Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Sisense
