Junior Data Analyst – LanceSoft – Remote

They’re currently seeking a skilled candidate to join their Learning & Development (L&D) Learner Experience team.

This role plays a critical part in delivering top-tier learning programs and events, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client service. You’ll collaborate closely across cross-functional teams to support a wide range of learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics and delivery of learning events and programs

• Manage participant registration, reporting, and data validation

• Support updates and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)

• Collaborate on instructor sourcing and provide live session support as needed

• Deliver high-quality service while optimizing the learner experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Spreadsheet Expertise:

  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Skilled with PivotTables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, IF/AND logic, array formulas, nested IFs, macros, and data parsing

  • Strong experience using custom formulas and calculated fields/items for robust data analysis

• LMS Experience:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone or Cvent

  • Ability to navigate and update learning platforms for accurate reporting and smooth user experiences

• Data Analysis Proficiency:

  • Capable of summarizing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data

  • Proven track record of ensuring accuracy by validating reports against original data sources

• Presentation Skills:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint to present findings, summaries, and reports clearly and professionally
