Senior Business Intelligence Analyst- Remote – United States

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Supply Chain and Operational Excellence (OpEx) team, with a specific focus on enhancing delivery performance. In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering actionable insights through data analysis, defining and tracking key performance indicators, and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making across departments.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large datasets to uncover business trends and recommend strategic improvements.

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and operational insights.

• Act as a lead BI developer and contributor to SiteOne’s business intelligence strategy.

• Drive and manage analytics initiatives, including outlining cost/benefit objectives and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Produce consistent KPI reports—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—covering logistics, service metrics, inventory, and financial data.

• Execute ad hoc reporting and analytics requests to support ongoing operational initiatives and strategy refinement.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred) for data extraction and transformation.

• Strong expertise in Power BI, including building DAX calculations and optimized, user-friendly dashboards.

• Experience developing scalable, repeatable analytics processes aligned with business objectives.

• Excellent analytical thinking, with a strong sense of curiosity and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working independently, prioritizing multiple projects, and delivering on deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet management.

• Proven ability to translate complex data into practical solutions with measurable outcomes.

• History of driving results and consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
