Senior Business Intelligence Analyst | United States – Remote

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a key contributor in transforming complex datasets into powerful business insights. Your expertise will directly support our commercial teams, including field sales and leadership, helping drive initiatives that enhance performance, guide territory strategy, and shape FinThrive’s market impact.
By collaborating with departments across marketing, finance, product, and more, you’ll uncover trends, identify growth areas, and deliver data that strengthens our go-to-market approach. Your work will fuel decisions that move FinThrive forward in revolutionizing healthcare revenue management.
Your Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Strategic Insights

Gather, interpret, and analyze multi-source sales data to generate insights that inform sales and leadership strategies.

Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools like Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms.

Utilize historical performance trends to forecast outcomes and identify opportunities or risks ahead of time.
Driving Decision Support

Deliver timely analytics and recommendations to support decisions around territory assignments, sales compensation models, and enablement planning.

Work closely with Sales Enablement, Market Development, and Sales leadership to analyze sales trends and surface key growth opportunities.
Ensuring Data Accuracy

Monitor and maintain the accuracy of data systems; implement quality assurance protocols for consistent, reliable reporting.

Create and manage updates across Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and related tools, ensuring data governance and compliance with privacy standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across departments such as Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design integrated data programs supporting strategic goals.

Play a key role in merger and acquisition (M&A) integrations by consolidating data and harmonizing reporting processes.
Optimizing Processes & Automation

Identify inefficiencies in data reporting and implement process improvements for faster, more accessible insights.

Create digestible and proactive reporting structures (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) that empower sales leaders to take timely action.
Communication & Presentation

Support leadership with clear, concise reporting materials for executive presentations including Sales Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Presentations, and more.

Translate business needs into structured, data-driven solutions within Salesforce and other analytics tools.
What You Bring to the Role

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Finance, ideally supporting commercial teams.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and advanced Excel functionalities.

Familiarity with SQL and data modeling for querying and structuring complex datasets.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience using AI and machine learning for predictive analytics or business optimization is a plus.
