Senior Data Analyst – Revenue Analytics – United States – Remote

We’re seeking a motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our innovative Analytics team. In this role, you will manage and support designated accounts, create new SQL queries, and maintain existing queries to enhance operational efficiency and provide meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience, a solid grasp of healthcare billing, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain advanced financial models to generate actionable business insights and support leadership decisions.

  • Create and update reports and dashboards that track critical KPIs for executives and senior management.

  • Lead the migration of reporting tools from Excel to Power BI for improved visualization and analytics.

  • Manage and update VBA macros and SQL queries to sustain operational workflows.

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of clinical data supporting pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer science, statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and VBA programming.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.

  • Experience handling large datasets and data transformation.

  • Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or Alteryx—or a strong willingness to learn these tools.
